Los Angeles, CA – March 23, 2022 – The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is proud to announce that Tim Sweeney is joining the team as Vice President, Producer.
A graduate of Saint Mary’s College in 1985, Tim has spent over three decades in the insurance field, working with Liberty Mutual as an auditor and Fireman’s Fund as an underwriter. From 1994 to 2010, Tim was a partner at Saylor & Hill / Barney and Barney, and he most recently served as a VP/Insurance Broker at One Risk Group, LLC.
When asked about the opportunity, he said, “I joined Liberty here in the fourth quarter of my career (which I hope is a long fourth quarter by the way!) so that when I do eventually retire, my clients will be with a financially sound brokerage that has a lot of resources behind them. My clients will be in a good spot.” He went on to say, “Lastly, I started my insurance career in 1986 with Liberty Mutual Insurance as a financial auditor, and now I will be ending my career with The Liberty Company. It’s karma!”
